OPTIONAL CATERERS:
The use of other caterers is allowed but they must first contact Howard Hathaway
at the number above and agree to the guidelines that we have set for the use of our
facilities.

RULES AND PROCEDURES: 
All individuals or groups renting the hall must abide by the rules and regulations as stated
in the contract that must be read and signed at the time your event is scheduled.   

SECURITY DEPOSIT:
A security deposit of $100.00 is required at the time contract is accepted.
